Cancellation of registration

Participants who have paid the registration fee and wish to withdraw from the Symposium, please notify the Organizing Committee via e-mail: hdzz13@imi.hr. If the cancellation is announced by March 1st 2023, we will refund the entire registration fee. For cancellations made by March 20th the registration fee paid will be returned minus 30%. Starting from April 1st, it is not possible to get a refund of the paid registration fee for cancellations s or not coming to the Symposium.
